The fully multi-coated optics provides a crystal-clear and ultra-bright unmagnified view by increasing light transmission with multiple anti-reflective coatings on all air-to-glass surfaces.

Second focal plane reticle

The second focal plane helps to uphold the same ideally-sized appearance. It ensures that the listed reticle subtensions used for approximating range, holdover and wind drift correction are precise at the highest magnification range.

Capped reset turrets

The capped reset turrets allow re-indexing of the turret to zero after sighting in the riflescope while the caps provide external protection for the turret.

Aircraft-grade aluminum construction with hard anodized finished

The Vortex Crossfire 1×24 Muzzleloader Scope is constructed from solid aircraft-grade aluminum for strength and rigidity and has highly durable scratch-resistant matte black anodized finish that helps camouflage the shooter’s position.

Conclusion

The Vortex Crossfire 1×24 Muzzleloader Scope provides clear and bright images thanks to its high quality multi-coated optics. I bought mine about a year ago and mounted it on my AR with quick detach rings and found the optics to be clear, the windage, elevation, and magnification adjustments of the scope easily and quickly holds its zero. Shooting 100 yards with the riflescope mounted on an AR rifle is not only easy but also fun. I would recommend this riflescope to anyone looking for a high performance riflescope at a relatively affordable price.
